We pray that the beginning of your new school year is going well. Father Brian, Father Mussie and I are excited to see you again, and look forward to beginning our class visits next week.
First Communion Information Sessions
Children in grade 2 or above who have not received First HolyCommunion and First Reconciliation are invited to join us for one of two upcoming Information Sessions. Families are invited to choose between 6 pm on Sunday, October 2 at St Anne Church, or 6 pm on Monday, October 3 at St Joseph Church. Parents or caregivers and children must attend this session together. Program information, schedules and registration details will be distributed at this meeting. A letter has been sent home with all children in grade 2 and 3, but older grades are also welcome. A copy of the letter is attached to this Newswire announcement. We can adjust our preparation process for children significantly above grade 3. If you have any questions, please contact our Youth Minister Mary Forcier at mforcier@hamiltondiocese.com or call the parish office.
We extend an invitation to all families to join us at Mass on weekends. At St Anne we celebrate Mass at 4 pm on Saturday evenings, and Sunday mornings at 9:30 am. Come and say hi to us when you are there!
Grade 7 and 8s should look for more information about Confirmation starting next week. Mark your calendars for our information sessions October 15/16th at 7 pm.
