Greetings from St Anne Parish! As we continue our Advent journey, please know that the staff, students and families of St Anne School are always in our prayers. Father Brian, Father Tom and Mary continue to visit classrooms, getting to know the students and sharing wonderful conversations. Please accept our best wishes for a happy and holy season.
Children’s Christmas Pageant
Have you ever wanted to be a sheep? How about an angel? Do you want to help our children tell the Christmas story? Calling all children, youth and adults interested in this year’s Pageant at Christmas Eve Mass. We are looking for children to participate in all roles, as well as a few grade 6-8 students to be narrators and lectors. An information and sign up meeting will be held after the 10 am Mass on December 16. Dress rehearsal December 23 from 1-3 pm. More information is in the attached PDF.
Please join us as we celebrate the birth of Christ! Mass will be celebrated on Christmas Eve at 4 pm (Family Mass with Pageant) and 8 pm. Christmas Morning Mass will be at 10 am. All are welcome.
Parish Advent Reconciliation Service
On December 6, students in grades 3-8 had an opportunity to celebrate the sacrament of Reconciliation. This is a wonderful way to experience God’s mercy and love as we prepare for Christmas. Take a moment to ask your children what it was like to hear that God has fully forgiven them. You may be surprised! If you are interested in receiving this sacrament, our Parish Advent Reconciliation celebration is this Tuesday, December 11 at 7 pm. Other times are also available locally; please check our website at www.stanneskitchener.ca.
